About Nawres
Nawres Chikhaoui is a global keynote speaker, possibilitarian-mindset coach, two-time TEDx presenter, and author celebrated for her transformative approach to mindset, creativity, and personal growth.
As the founder of RUN IT, she champions the belief that in a man-made world, nothing is truly impossible. Through her books, coaching programs, and global talks, Nawres empowers creatives, leaders, and dreamers to awaken their talents, experience their fullest expression,align with their purpose, and confidently run their own race.
HER RACE
Nawres was born in a small Tunisian village where dreams were rarely spoken aloud. Resources were limited, but imagination was boundless. Without the privilege of being told she was talented at writing, speaking, or expressing herself, she learned to trust her instincts and gifts from a young age. At 14, a conversation about aviation and travel sparked a realization: this could be her path to explore the world, grow as a person, and express her potential. From that moment, she told herself, “This dream will stay close to my heart.”
Unable to afford aviation school, Nawres decided to teach herself. Armed with an old laptop, an unshakable dream, and the top of her washing machine as her “classroom”. This was the only place in the house with reliable internet. She studied aviation theory, communication skills, and interview techniques night after night. She filled countless drafts, built her own CV, and laid the foundation for the life she envisioned, learning to create herself from nothing.
In 2018, she left college and moved to the UAE with nothing but vision and faith. She packed courage, borrowed a business outfit from her sister’s closet, and carried all her classroom drafts and preparations with her. Life tested her: she worked in shoe stores, retail shops, and other jobs, struggled to fund her creative ideas, and lived in a shared room with thirteen other girls. Every airline in the UAE rejected her because of her young age. Yet she persevered, building resilience, patience, and the understanding that every step, no matter how small, brought her closer to her dream.
Within a year, she finally stepped into aviation, wearing the uniform and flying, realizing the dream she had built with her own hands. Yet even then, a quiet voice whispered, “There’s still more.”
During the global pandemic, Nawres rediscovered her first love: writing. She faced the challenge of funding her books and creative projects on her own, but she persisted, using the lessons of self-discipline and resourcefulness she had honed since her teenage years. From this dedication Cabin Crew-The Luminaries, followed by Run Your Race, both works guiding others to embrace their dreams, awaken their gifts, and live life at their full potential.
She then expanded her impact through coaching and public speaking, founding the platform RUN IT.
On this journey, she reconnected the dots of her experiences, aligned with her spirit, and embraced her race, helping others see that possibility is a mindset, gifts are meant to be expressed, and potential is unlocked through passion and purpose.
Her story is a proof that greatness doesn’t require privilege. Only belief, courage, and the willingness to step fully into your own potential.

Malaika Kids is a Tanzanian charity dedicated to providing orphans and vulnerable children with a safe, loving environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive. The organisation offers essential care from shelter and nutritious meals to education, healthcare, and emotional support; helping each child become a confident, responsible adult who can contribute positively to their community.
